Groundstaff search field to find players tooth

Wallaby forward Nathan Sharpe seems to have taken his coach's instructions for the team to show more teeth too literally as he lost a tooth in the Wallaby TriNations opener.

Sharpe was however lucky enough to have his tooth returned to him after a team of six groundstaff were sent out to find the missing tooth.

Unbelievably the ground searched the field after full time and found the tooth allowing Sharpe to pop over to a nearby dentist to have it reinserted.

Sharpe was chasing Springbok back liner Jaque Fourie in the second half and took the back of a boot to his jaw which knocked the tooth out.

The Force captain played the rest of the match with a gap in his mouth.
